I was born in Sicily, and in my career I have worked as manager in many high-end Italian restaurants, boutique hotels as well as food supply management, which gave me insight and knowledge for my success in Hospitality. "Gigli Caffè" is a new, extraordinary challenge for me and I am very proud and excited about opening and running this unique spot.
In addition to my passion for food and restaurants, I’m a professional pianist and fan of Jazz music with classic sense of hospitality and all these experiences and passion merge in the whole atmosphere of "Gigli Caffè"
